Order cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing the order and before dispatch.

Cancellation Terms:

• To request a cancellation, email or WhatsApp us with your order ID.

• If your order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Refunds (for pre-dispatch cancellations only) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
